適宜于(yu)圓孔及(ji)中小型熱(re)力(li)(li)管網的(de)(de)內(nei)側壁噴漆(qi)(qi)工藝(yi)(yi)，它是用無氣(qi)粉末噴涂機運(yun)送來的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)(li)油(you)(you)漆(qi)(qi)涂料(liao)(liao)上，借(jie)助特(te)別(bie)制作的(de)(de)噴水嘴，使油(you)(you)漆(qi)(qi)涂料(liao)(liao)上霧(wu)化(hua)吸入后會出(chu)現(xian)(xian)話(hua)筒形（園碗(wan)形、塊實(shi)(shi)心），平滑地(di)噴在(zai)熱(re)力(li)(li)管網內(nei)的(de)(de)表面(mian)，得以(yi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)了熱(re)力(li)(li)管網的(de)(de)噴漆(qi)(qi)工藝(yi)(yi)。 NKP-1型大部分可應用于(yu)Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)(de)通道(dao)，粉末涂料(liao)(liao)消費黏(nian)性不得當(dang)少于(yu)80秒（4號福特(te)杯）。若藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)漆(qi)(qi)效果多于(yu)80秒，用加相(xiang)轉(zhuan)移催化(hua)劑撲滅。NKP-1型總體上不被管材寬度限制，但好一(yi)點不善于(yu)15米(mi)。
